The role supports cross-functional teams in identifying root causes of product test failures and drives continuous improvement to enhance testing efficiency.Key Responsibilities:As aManufacturing Engineer - Run Test , you’ll be responsible for: Lead the integration of technologies and resources for testing machines and processes. Support departments in root cause analysis of product rejections during testing. Participate in TIR2 meetings, review pending items, and document findings. Collaborate with Quality, Production, and NPI teams. Maintain and improve testing efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Interface with suppliers and manage technical documentation. Report and resolve issues related to test findings.Requirements We are looking for people who are Manufacturing Engineer. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related Engineering.
