Job position: HR Coordinator Range Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (Regio Parque Industrial Segundo Sector) Language: Advanced English (not-negotiable) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm) Experience: · 3+ years of progressive HR experience. Industry: · Manufacturing (not-negotiable) Requirements: · Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and experience managing labor relations and payroll. · Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and organizational development. · Strong communication and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently, with hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments. Key Responsabilities: · Establish and lead the HR function during the startup of the new manufacturing facility. · Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and local labor regulations. · Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant positions, including direct and indirect labor. · Manage labor relations and act as the liaison with unions, employees, and legal advisors. · Oversee payroll, time & attendance, and compliance with labor law requirements. · Design and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks. · Develop training and onboarding programs to support operational ramp-up. · Ensure a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment through strong communication and HR practices. · Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. · Partner with global HR and local leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
