Job Title: Human Resources Specialist We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the HR function during the startup of a new manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Establish and lead the HR function during the startup of the new manufacturing facility. Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and local labor regulations. Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant positions, including direct and indirect labor. Manage labor relations and act as the liaison with unions, employees, and legal advisors. Oversee payroll, time & attendance, and compliance with labor law requirements. Design and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks. Develop training and onboarding programs to support operational ramp-up. Ensure a healthy, inclusive, and compliant work environment through strong communication and HR practices. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. Recruit and hire personnel. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Oversee payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
