**Role Summary**:Temporary Employee Indirect Mfg_**Responsibilities & Requirements**: Managing all planning inputs: sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom / special orders, and strategic build plans.- Using the MRP system, translating the consolidated sales forecasts into a master production schedule / build schedule.- Preparing and distributing weekly production schedules / work order dispatch lists.- Assisting management to resolve problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and cancellations of customer orders.- Preparing, coordinating, and participating in physical inventory counts.- Initiating and coordinating vendor corrective action for non conforming material receipts**Preferred Experience / Skills**: High school diploma at minimum, associates or bachelors in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferredBe able to professionally communicate.Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft OutlookERP Experience a must (preferred in Oracle).Work 40 hours a week with possible overtime.2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing facility**Primary Posting Location**: Santa Isabel Xiloxoxtla, Mexico**Job Advertising Title**: Temporary Employee Indirect Mfg**Job Posting Category**: Operations**Employment Type**: Full time**Auto req ID**: 56426BR**Country**: MexicoFlowserve is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, gender, disability or protected veteran status.
