Description:Job Profile Summary The Receptionist must convey a courteous and professional image for an organization. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, especially in a high-pressure environment. They must also be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. They will provide administrative support and customer service to both external customers and internal staff. They foster relationships. They assist vendors, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist internal and external customers with their questions and concerns. Their role is to perform basic administrative duties, receiving, recording, and transmitting information and required documentation Role and responsibilities: Attend the switchboardReport the Official Gazette exchange rateLiaise with DHL Courier, review invoices, and deliver packagesReceive visitors and suppliersPrepare protective equipment for visitors and confidentiality agreementsMeeting rooms with coffee breaks and other necessary itemsMonitor the order and control of the Culinary KitchenMaintain the meeting room calendarUpdate the extension listCoordinate transportation for visitorsSupport the Commercial Director and Operational Director with billingCoordinate auditsReview INFOMX emailMonitor Nestlé coffee and vending machinesOrganize and execute recurring or one time plant eventsSupport other administrative activities as neededKey ingredients: High School degreeSpanish fluency requiredIntermediate English requiredGood command of Windows computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good telephone skillsGood command of general computer systemsExcellent communication, organizationSelf-motivated, creative and flexible
