We’re Hiring: Import & Export Specialist | Automotive IndustryWe are looking for anImport & Export Specialistto join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating foreign trade operations, ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials, components, and finished goods. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and international business partners.Key Responsibilities Manage import and export processes for automotive components. Coordinate international shipments by air, sea, and ground. Review and validate trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL, AWB, and customs entries. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws. Provide end-to-end follow-up of purchase orders through final delivery at the plant. Collaborate with customs brokers, suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and improve logistics KPIs (lead times, costs, and incidents). Support audits and reviews related to foreign trade activities.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the automotive industry. Solid knowledge of INCOTERMS, tariff classification, and customs regulations. Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). Intermediate to advanced English for communication with international suppliers.
