International Trade Specialist We are seeking an experienced International Trade Specialist to lead our cross-border operations. Your mission is to create and manage international shipment orders, supervise import/export processes from start to finish, ensure on-time deliveries while meeting all compliance and documentation requirements, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams, customs brokers, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage international shipment orders Supervise import/export processes from A to Z Ensure on-time deliveries while meeting all compliance and documentation requirements Liaise with internal teams, customs brokers, and external partners Main Skills: Requirements Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with truck, intermodal & ocean transport Proven ability to manage shipping documents & cost analysis Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Advanced Excel skills – you know your way around complex data Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or related fields 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector Fast availability is a plus Benefits If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value process integrity, and are passionate about seamless logistics – this is your opportunity to excel in a dynamic role.
