Job Description Direct Hire Process Manager (High Pressure Die Casting) Guanajuato, MexicoPurpose: To establish, monitor, and optimize die casting process parameters for consistent quality and productivity while supporting continuous improvement. Define and optimize machine settings (shot parameters, temperature, vacuum, etc.).Troubleshoot process-related issues and reduce scrap/rework.Collaborate with quality team on root cause analysis and corrective actions.Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating conditions.Train operators on process controls and quality standards.Support new product launches and trial runs,RequirementsEngineering degree or relevant technical diploma.Deep knowledge of high-pressure die casting process.Experience in process troubleshooting and improvement.Requirements Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma.
