Inside Sales Engineer - Silao, MX

Overview Become an Integral Member of Our Team in Silao, Gto. MX. We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Inside Sales Engineer to join FabricAir as we expand in Mexico and Latin America. You will support sales efforts by delivering technical expertise and outstanding customer service to clients and partners. FabricAir has been a pioneer in air distribution solutions for over 50 years, delivering innovative HVAC systems worldwide. This role is based in Silao, Mexico. Responsibilities Technical Support: Advising customers and colleagues on HVAC engineering solutions. Quotation & Proposal Development: Preparing detailed quotes tailored to customer needs. Sales Follow-ups: Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, leads, and quotations. Order & Project Coordination: Liaising with production and logistics to ensure accurate order handling. Engineering Design: Designing HVAC systems and creating technical solutions. Workflow Management: Coordinating and planning tasks internally and externally. Customer Engagement: Maintaining proactive communication with clients. Process Improvement: Supporting workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software; able to read technical drawings. Experience in HVAC systems and industry standards is preferred. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Background in inside sales, technical support, or engineering roles is a plus. Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-motivated. Collaborative team player with cross-cultural communication skills.
