We are certified by BRC, FDA, ISO, and other international quality standards.OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Assistant to support our commercial and operational activities. This role will ensure effective coordination between sales, inventory, and customer service functions.Key Responsibilities • Follow up with Sales Representatives on opportunities, quotations, and customer requirements • Prepare and share inventory reports with internal teams and customers • Coordinate sample requests, including tracking production, shipment, and feedback • Maintain communication with customers regarding orders, inventory availability, and updates • Assist in preparing quotations, proformas, and sales documentation • Enter and manage bills, invoices, and expenses in internal systems • Support weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, inventory, and sample conversion • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentRequirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and data reporting • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
