Luxury Travel Coordination: Flawless organization of flights, yachts, accommodations, and restaurants, ensuring seamless logistics. High-Level Administrative Support: Preparation of reports, presentations, and essential documentation for senior management meetings. C-Level Relations: Constant and effective communication with internal and external leaders, strengthening strategic relationships. Crisis Management: Agile and efficient resolution of critical situations, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Personal Matters: Management of the President's personal affairs with complete professionalism and discretion. International Vendor Management: From contracting to quality monitoring of global services. Event Supervision: Coordination of high-profile corporate and social events related to the presidency. What We're Looking For Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Director. Advanced proficiency in technological tools (Microsoft Office, agenda management platforms, communication tools). Advanced conversational English (an additional language like Portuguese or French is a plus). Excellent time management skills and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment. Absolute discretion in handling confidential information. General knowledge of finance and administration . Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Availability to attend to requests outside of regular work hours and adaptability to unexpected changes.
