About the position: We’re looking for a talented Jr. Graphic Designer who is passionate about visually representing messages in clear designs and Figma, with strong abstract thinking and the ability to distill comprehensive storylines into straightforward and compelling design pieces.  The Graphic Designer’s job is to support our larger team of designers and our content writers in developing designs to be used and applied in different formats: presentations, infographics, videos, digital materials, and user interfaces, both for one of our main clients (global tech industry) and for our internal materials.  We are looking for a person who is willing to learn and grow with us. We are not looking for someone who has all the answers, but rather someone who knows how to ask the right questions. Most of all, you’ll be part of an eager team of people working to level up the world of corporate communication!  The ideal candidate is living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Mexico City (where most of our collaborators are based) Key Responsibilities: Design engaging social media assets and marketing materials. Prepare and organize files for motion designers to work with. Collaborate with a multicultural team across different time zones. Work on mechanical tasks (Figma transcreations) with precision and attention to detail. Use project management tools like Asana to track and manage tasks. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of Figma for design and prototyping. Comfortable using tools like PowerPoint and Canva. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Desired Skills: Experience creating social media pieces. Ability to prepare files for motion design workflows. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Willingness to listen, learn, and take on repetitive tasks when needed.
