About the Job Mushiny North America INC is now hiring a Control Engineer. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, programming, and integration of control systems. Develop and debug PLC code using Allen‑Bradley (Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal) platforms Commission and troubleshoot electrical control systems: handle start‑up, diagnostics, field wiring, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communications. Perform integrated system-level testing (Low‑volume, High‑volume) and finalize punch‑list items (software, electrical, mechanical) during SAT/FAT phases Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and commissioning teams to deliver complete solutions. Produce technical documentation: Control Functional Specifications, Wiring Diagrams, PLC design sheets, network/IP lists, OEE flow maps, commissioning checklists, and daily/weekly progress reports. Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support to minimize downtime. What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of experience in the Material Handling industry . Proven expertise with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, commissioning). Experience commissioning conveyor systems , sorters , or robotics (AGV/AMR). Willingness to travel and work on-site during project deployments. Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate . Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or related field. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
