Fresh Graduated TI Technology Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Analyst with 6 months of experience in IT support within a transnational company. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to provide technical assistance to end-users, and conversational English skills to communicate effectively with international teams. Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner. • Document technical issues, solutions, and standard procedures. • Support system installations, configurations, and upgrades. • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure service quality and efficiency. • Maintain compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support within a transnational company. • Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and basic networking concepts. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written). • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
