This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making software training fun, engaging, and relevant. This dynamic self-starter is someone who: Has strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to adjust and apply various training techniques to all audiences effectively. Is skilled in identifying learning needs, adjust teaching strategies. Has strong communication skills with a proactive approach to answering questions and providing a safe place for others to learn and grow at all levels and learning abilities. Has a passion for problem solving and training and product support for our clients. Key Responsibilities Effectively communicate the benefits and best practices of SaaS software using an easy-to-understand approach. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and create training materials to seamlessly deliver to our clients and internal teams. Comfortable working at a rapid pace, multi-tasking environment. Ensure the customer gains knowledge through training which derives the promised business value from our software and services solutions. Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, related technologies, industry trends and implementation strategies. Assist with pre- and post-sales test automation implementations. Translate training observations and customer requirements into specific recommendations for product improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing support and success of all customers. Provide customers guidance transitioning to our software, translating business requirements, use cases, and overall objectives into technical solutions. Design training content for new customer onboarding, module add ons, continuous learning, and new feature releases. Conduct needs assessments of learners, identifying knowledge gaps that need to be addressed through training curriculum or facilitation modifications. Travel to client locations for on-site group training. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree 2 to 5 years of training experience at a SaaS software company. A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of software training and learning development. Track record of achievement in a training and/or customer service role, preferably in a software company. Obsessive and unwavering commitment to making customers successful. Superior organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with English fluency. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
