Acceleration Center - Change Management / ManagerAt PwC, our people in workforce consulting focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organisational development. They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.Experience:3 to 5 years of experience as a manager, actively participating in organizational change initiatives. Experience in consulting environments or dynamic transformation contexts is highly valued.Certifications in change management methodologies (ADKAR or similar) are valuedAdvanced English level B2/C1 or higherResponsibilities:Lead digital transformation and organizational change management projects, including cultural development, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and talent management, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with PwC methodology.Develop structured plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.Define and monitor key indicators to measure the success and sustainability of the implemented change.Support and develop consulting teams, promoting their professional growth in dynamic environmentsResolve operational challenges in an agile manner, ensuring timely and quality delivery according to the firm’s methodological standardsCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive and tailored solutions to each client’s specific needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and various service lines within PwC.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, among others)
