Summary of Job:1. To manage the promotion and positioning of a DXN brand & products, maintaining DXN brand’s image and ensuring it complies with the company’s vision and values2. To develop country strategy, business plan and set directions for the market in accordance with the corporate vision3. To start up the Marketing and Sales Strategy Development, operational plans, SOPs, Product Registrations4. To set up office and warehouse, Market Intelligence, Recruitment & Training of key staffs and training of distributors5. Monitoring key personnel's performance according to agreed standards and taking necessary action to communicate, advise and assist according to performance levels.6. Ensure compliance to the requirements of the head office such as reports submission and other matters, which will be required from time to time.7. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to establish regulationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Counter Operations 1. Oversee accurate release of requested products to DXN members2. Ensure compliance of daily inventory count of the products and month-end stock take3. Ensure the counter staff able to respond to basic inquiries related to products and business Customer Service4. To create and maintain an excellent relationship between DXN Management and network members5. To ensure fast response to queries and complaints of Members through walk-in, phone, and email6. To carry out a monthly update of the distributors and leaders of all company activities, events, new products, promotions, and other undertakings through all means available of the company7. Ensure preliminary investigation of cases/concerns (e.g.: transfer of membership, change of sponsor, etc.) and review the Incident report for the inquiry and complain of members and endorse it to the designating department/HQ Warehouse8. Oversee that all products deliveries (walk-in and/or courier) are documented, recorded, and reported properly9. Ensure the compliance of daily inventory count of the products and month-end stock take. Ensures First-In First-Out (FIFO) is being observed.10. Ensure monthly reconciliation of stocks inventory. Determine causes of variances in case there is discrepancy and submit to Local Accountant Department for stock adjustment11. Review for preparation of Purchase Order to HQ Shipping and oversee the ETA of shipment / unloading of products.Marketing and Training 12. Organizing Events such as conferences, video conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions, product launching, and any other promotional events13. Contributing to the Sales Increase through the design, development, and implementation of market strategies14. Solve Member Inquiries15. Coordinate Marketing Materials such as: brochures, posters, flyers, and DVD’s.16. Conduct Marketing Research like Customer Survey17. Manage Office Budget18. Evaluate Campaigns & Promotions19. Monitor Competitor Activities20. Organize Mega Events (quotations, negotiations, visit facilities, etc)21. Ensure the prompt services in daily processing orders of products and member registration22. Prepare the Sales & Marketing Monthly Report23. Provide face-to-face and online training to members to improve and ensure sales targets are achieved24. Monitor the correct Operation and Cleanness of the Training facilities25. Maintain an excellent relationship between speakers and leaders through formal meetings or informal conversations to ensure enthusiasm for participating in all training programs26. Provide attention to training requests by Directors of Service Centres and Leaders27. Monitor the progress of speakers during the training Regulatory & Compliance:28. Oversee proper handling/documentation for product registration (new products and/or renewal of existing product registration).29. Monitor proper training is given to the warehouse staff and all stock of the warehouse is with strict compliance in reference to the Best Warehousing Practices for DXN products in compliance with the Authorities norms.30. Oversee proper communication with all Marketing departments on the product’s regulatory compliances.31. Oversee proper handling/documentation of trademark registration.32. Monitor that physical checking of stocks condition received from Malaysia and DXN Mexico Factory is conducted (Quality Assurance).Human Resource and Admin 33. Ensure to maintain and update files of all employees.34. Control monthly requisition of office supplies.35. Ensure timely staff payroll, staff attendance, etc.36. Ensure that Approved Employees handbook is duly observed by all employees.37. Execute the manpower recruitment and/or exit of an employee.38. Involve in monthly management meeting on company’s update, direction, notices, and new policies.39. Review and evaluate the employees Annual Performance Appraisal according to agreed standards and taking necessary action to communicate, advise and assist according to performance levels.40. Oversee the cleanliness and building maintenance administration. Documentation and Implementation of SOP:41. To ensure entire business process of the departments have been covered in the documented SOPs.42. To standardize all processes in operation and marketing so that there is a systematic way of working including planning, execution, supervision, clear line of functions, responsibilities, monitoring and reporting.43. To ensure the SOPs documented follows the preset format and guidelines set with emphasis on qualityImportant:This position requires a visa and passport, as well as the ability to travel within and outside Mexico
