Operations Manager

About the Role: Ilnia is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and improve our operational systems, manage complex projects, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the business. This is an on-site role for someone with extensive experience in operations, eCommerce, and customer-facing teams. You’ll be a key decision-maker and problem-solver, working closely with leadership to drive performance and long-term growth. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the company Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, managing timelines, tasks, and teams Resolve high-priority issues quickly, including internal escalations and external customer problems Collaborate closely with customer support, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes Monitor KPIs and operational performance; use data to recommend improvements Manage and support the company’s Shopify infrastructure and eCommerce performance Serve as a key point of contact for vendor relations and third-party tool management Actively support buyers and sellers in finalizing purchases, including documentation and issue resolution Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes Requirements: 7+ years of relevant operations and project management experience, ideally in eCommerce Strong background in customer service operations and conflict resolution Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering on complex projects Watch industry experience is a bonus but not required Highly organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented Why Join Ilnia: You’ll be joining a team that values accountability, action, and trust.
