Logistics Specialist

An international company is looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to coordinate end-to-end delivery operations across more than 30 countries. This is a key role in ensuring smooth import/export processes, cost control, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, global environment. Roles And Responsibilities Monitor factory delivery dates and manage all shipping activities (imports, exports, third-party, and local shipments). Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure smooth customs clearance. Communicate delivery status to internal and external stakeholders. Quote freight charges and calculate logistics costs associated with customer orders. Manage invoicing processes: request sales invoices, review and approve supplier invoices. Prepare necessary documentation (waybills, remissions, etc.) for shipments and deliveries. Maintain up-to-date records in SAP and reporting systems for KPIs and audits. Support commercial teams with logistics-related inquiries and cost estimations. Ensure adherence to logistics procedures and internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee on-time, complete deliveries. Profile And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in international logistics operations. Solid understanding of import/export regulations and customs processes. Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel). Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
