About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven, and people-oriented professional to lead our Hunters Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the local expansion of SHEIN’s marketplace, spearheading the acquisition of strategic sellers and ensuring the team meets monthly performance goals. This role requires a strong command of data analysis, team leadership, and operational follow-through. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Hunters Team to acquire high-potential local sellers aligned with SHEIN’s marketplace strategy. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperformance, and translate findings into actionable team strategies. Set and track team KPIs, ensuring clear visibility of progress toward monthly and quarterly goals. Implement structured processes for performance reviews, feedback, and coaching. Collaborate cross-functionally with category management, operations, and marketing teams to support onboarding and growth of new sellers. Act as a key point of contact between SHEIN’s local marketplace team and regional leadership. Ensure excellent communication and reporting on team performance and market developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus). 5+ years of experience in business development, marketplace operations, or sales leadership. Proven experience leading and scaling large teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, BI tools, dashboards). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and align a team around common goals. Results-oriented mindset with excellent execution and follow-through. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is highly preferred.
