About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our reselling strategy . This role is key to driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel development, and effective sales execution. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, distribution, and partner management, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for reselling products and services. Build and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and key partners. Negotiate distribution agreements and optimize profit margins. Oversee performance of sales channels and reseller networks. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation and brand positioning. Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Monitor pricing, inventory, and profitability across all channels. Ensure compliance with commercial policies and contractual obligations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. MBA or postgraduate studies in commercial areas (preferred). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or channel management. Proven experience in reselling environments (technology, retail, telecom, etc.). Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and sales platforms. Advanced English (required for international markets).
