As a Workday Integrations Consultant , you’ll be a key part of our team supporting healthcare clients that are live on Workday ERP. Your role will focus on designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM areas. You’ll help solve real business challenges, work on high-impact projects, and contribute to innovation within our client solutions. The Work You Wil Do: · Integrate data from point-to-point systems as well as interchange services to effectively provide data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information · Solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional · Design, build, and support toolsets which automate the extract, transformation, and loading of data from legacy platforms into Workday · Understand Saas based data models and object-oriented data structures · Familiar with ETL toolsets and Java or similar programming languages · Develop Workday custom SaaS reports as validation tools · Work with functional resources to ensure data integrity and data compliance · Must be proficient in Excel and able to create Excel formulas · Guide the clients through the data conversion process from project inception to go live · Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software to achieve maximum return on investment · Provide knowledge transfer to various stakeholders · Participate with other members of the implementation and support teams to execute day-to-day activities supporting clients and being a thought leader in your area of expertise · Contribute to continuous improvement and development of new business opportunities · Be a catalyst for change as you act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry-leading supply chain best practices · Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders and internal teams About You: · 2+ years experience as Workday data conversion experience · 2+ years experience supporting implementation lifecycle processes , including system design, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews · Worked with Workday foundational recipes and configuration and data migration tools · Any Workday certification strongly preferred · Working knowledge of XSLT, XML, Java, and other programming languages · Integrate data from point-to-point systems as well as interchange services to effectively provide data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information · Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders · Thoroughness and high attention to detail is required · Able to complete assignments with minimal supervision · Customer service centric Resume must be submitted in English to be considered.
