Cloud Operations (SAFe Agile Focus) - Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Cloud Operations team, specialising in leading Agile transformation initiatives applying SAFe frameworks. As a consultant and Agile practitioner, you will support complex delivery projects, develop Agile teams, and mentor junior colleagues. Your role will focus on enabling cloud adoption through effective Agile delivery and collaboration with clients to achieve measurable business outcomes. Locations & Work Mode Hybrid location: (CDMX, MTY, GDL, QRO) Key Responsibilities Lead and coach Agile delivery teams using SAFe principles to drive successful cloud migration and deployment projects. Act as a trusted Agile consultant, working closely with clients to design and implement Agile operating models. Mentor junior team members in Agile methodologies, fostering capability building and best practices. Facilitate Agile workshops and transformation sessions to align teams and stakeholders with strategic goals. Develop and track Agile metrics and KPIs to monitor transformation progress and outcomes. Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless delivery and integration of Agile practices. Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and governance in complex delivery environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related disciplines). Minimum 4 years’ experience in Agile delivery and consulting roles, preferably with a focus on SAFe Agile transformations. Certified SAFe Agile practitioner; Scrum Master certification highly desirable at Senior Associate level. Proven experience building, managing, and coaching Agile teams and delivery frameworks. Strong consulting skills with ability to engage clients, drive workshops, and lead change management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with cloud initiatives is a plus but not mandatory; focus is on Agile delivery expertise.
