The Performance Marketing - Associate Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing for Onmobile Value-Added Services. He/she will analyze data, manage budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving revenue growth for Telecom clients in LATAM through performance marketing campaigns across diverse channels, such as Google, programmatic advertising platforms and affiliate networks. Do you have proven experience running high-impact campaigns for Value-Added Services (VAS) in the Telecom industry? If so, we want you on our team to help shape and execute strategies that reach millions of users across LATAM. Roles: Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different campaigns and channels for Latam. Drive high-performance marketing campaigns on Google Display Network, Tiktok, Influencer marketing, DSP and other ad platforms for LATAM region Lead demand generation, forecasting, and budget allocation across Google Ads, programmatic partners, and affiliate networks. Identify, onboard, and manage strategic advertising partners within the LATAM market. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including media planning, audience targeting, testing and performance analysis. Collaborate with LATAM country business teams, clients, and partners (including Google) to optimize marketing outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in India and global markets to align on strategy and execution. Oversee end-to-end digital marketing operations, including KPI tracking, user funnel optimization, campaign creative management, and payment processes. Responsibilities: Delivering campaign performance goals, including acquisition cost targets, revenue objectives, and other KPIs for Gaming services in the Telecom sector. Collaborating with internal technical and business teams, as well as external advertising partners, to drive desired business outcomes. Qualifications Master in Digital Marketing 2-5 years of relevant performance marketing experience. Candidates from Telecom sector are preferred Experience and Skills 2–5 years of experience in Google Ads, performance marketing, and data analytics. Proven experience collaborating with marketing and advertising partners in Value-Added Services within the Telecom industry. Skilled in demand generation, demand forecasting, spend allocation, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing. Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including Google Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, programmatic ad platforms, affiliate ad networks, and MS Excel. English and Spanish are required, Portuguese language skills considered an advantage. The position is initially temporary for six months, with the possibility of renewal.
