This role is responsible for driving brand growth through innovative, targeted, and culturally relevant campaigns that align global objectives while resonating with local consumers. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong experience in influencer marketing, events, sponsorships, and retail activations, coupled with excellent team management skills and robust local market knowledge. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with the global brand objectives. Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and other key stakeholders to amplify brand reach. Design and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and brand activations that strengthen community connection and customer loyalty. Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance, translating them into actionable strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated execution. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team to drive innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within fashion, retail, or consumer brands. Strong track record in executing successful influencer marketing and local campaigns. Experience in event management, sponsorships, and retail activations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance. Fluent in English. Target-driven, with strong organizational skills, clear structure, and excellent data sense. Proven experience in managing local resources, networks, and teams.
