Dealer Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities Dealer Marketing Strategy Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads, improve customer retention, and increase dealer sales. Analyze regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Dealer Support & Enablement Provide training, resources, and support for local dealer initiatives such as promotions and events. Ensure alignment between dealer activities and brand messaging. Customer Journey Integration Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead management. Enhance customer and dealer experiences through CRM and UX best practices. Localized Campaign Development Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to deliver impactful marketing materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in brand strategy and execution. Gather dealer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Proven experience in automotive dealer marketing or retail marketing for point-of-sale environments. Availability to travel frequently and work on weekends. Strong command of CRM platforms and ability to analyze customer behavior through localized campaigns. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
