POSITION SUMMARY The ideal Rare Beauty Regional Trainer will be an ambassador for the brand and an expert in Rare Beauty product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques and service & selling. This person will function as a resource and leader, traveling to support the territory as needed. The Regional Trainer will deliver comprehensive Rare Beauty education and training to the Field Team, Sephora Beauty Advisors, and for Rare Beauty’s social platforms. Execute holistic training programs covering brand DNA, product knowledge, and advanced application techniques. These programs aim to empower team members and partners to authentically represent Rare Beauty, enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. They will be seen as a leader for the brand and will help the Field Team strategize sales within their territory and support their territory in achieving sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Work in partnership with VP of Education, Sr Manager of Sales Field Team, Senior Director of Sales to determine training needs Act as a liaison between Field Team Leadership and Account Executive / Specialist to monitor and analyze business and support events and trainings to ensure total retail sales goal achievements for the region. Train Field Teams: Provide in-depth training on product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques, and service and selling skills. Act as a resource and leader, empowering the field teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. Support Retail Partner Training sessions and Education programs when applicable. Partner with Director of Global Artistry to empower Field Teams with comprehensive Education & Training materials and on-going guidance to inspire and motivate. Participate in community events and special events, working shoulder to shoulder with Field Teams. Keep clear, consistent and productive communication with the Director of Global Artistry and all cross-function partners in a timely manner. Develop Engaging Education & Training Programs: Collaborate to create dynamic and innovative training materials, including monthly artistry tips, service and selling modules, and talent development resources. These programs are designed to enhance team skills and support ongoing professional growth. Attend All Required Trainings and Meetings: Participate in all scheduled training sessions, meetings, and conference calls to stay aligned with brand updates and team initiatives. Implement Brand-Focused Training and Content: Deliver training on brand priorities and create social content to ensure consistent messaging, application techniques, and brand alignment across all platforms. Create and Participate in Social Content: Generate and contribute to timely social content that reflects current brand campaigns, product launches, and educational insights. Engage Retail Partners and Consumers: Build relationships with retail managers, dedicated store staff, and consumers to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and conversion both in-store and online. Deliver Engaging and Interactive Training: Communicate the brand story authentically, emphasizing product uniqueness and application techniques to elevate both in-store and digital experiences. Inspire Sephora Beauty Advisors: Conduct in-store trainings, events, education seminars, and master classes to empower Sephora Beauty Advisors with brand knowledge, inspiring effective client interactions and promoting product enthusiasm. Support product, marketing campaigns and other company initiatives through in-store events to ensure successful execution and launch. Assist / travel to help execute high level events or activations throughout Mexico. Promote and exhibit brand values of positivity and inclusivity while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive, effective business partnerships within Rare Beauty and with retail partners. Manage a team to strategize exceeding sales targets, identify opportunities and challenges within the territory, and contribute to growing the business. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging beauty trends in Sephora and across social media platforms. Recruit and hire exceptional freelance talent to support the Rare Beauty business. Comprehensive knowledge of Rare Beauty products, artistry, and service experience. Provide feedback on product, sales, and education content to the Director of Global Artistry. Be responsible for staying within T&E budgets and adhering to the company's expense policy. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive, effective business partnerships. Other duties as required REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 7+ years in Training and Education or as an Account Executive in the Cosmetic Industry. Excellent management, team development, and communication skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 15% in home office + 85% in-store or travel. Must reside in Mexico City. Fluent in English and Spanish PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional lifting and moving of boxes weighing up to 30 pounds Travel as needed
