Claims Management: Process dealer/customer claims, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation. Data Analysis: Track claim trends and report recurring issues to QA/Engineering teams. Audit Support: Maintain accurate records for internal/external audits. Dealer Training: Collaborate with Head of Technical Support to train dealers on warranty processes. Escalations: Resolve complex warranty disputes (escalated by Service Centers). Requirements 3+ years in warranty roles (OEM/EV preferred). Analytical mindset, proficiency in warranty software. English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
