Overview of the position: Lead marketing initiatives for Kia’s genuine parts, accessories, and aftersales services. This role involves developing promotional strategies, conducting market research, and leading, to ensure strong customer engagement and sales growth. Typical tasks: Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the Sales and After-Sales Customer Experience. Standardizing processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions. Driving improvements in VoC (Voice of the Customer) and Customer Satisfaction metrics through data-driven dealer performance enhancement. Strengthening dealer capabilities in customer care and service excellence. Supporting the implementation and ongoing follow-up of customer handling processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields Experience in Sales & After Sales business Budgeting procedures and technics Project Management Achievement Orientation, Planning and organizing, Negotiation and Influence, Leding Self, Innovation and Effective Communication. Advanced Excel and Power Point Years of experience: 8 Fluent English
