Dexian APAC (US , MEXICO OR BRAZIL) supports customers in Airlines and Aviation, Oil, Retail and Financial Services sectors. We support high-profile packages with high impact. Location: Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, US Office Experience: 5-15 years' experience Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Providing excellent customer service and support. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Conducting regular performance reviews with key account agents. Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity. Reporting on sales performance and market conditions. Identifying potential opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of Air Cargo Industry: Having a good understanding of the air freight industry, including regulations, pricing, and logistics. Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Skills and Qualifications: Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities. Knowledge of Air Cargo Industry: Understanding of the air freight industry and its operations. Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Results-Oriented: Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and business goals. Primary skill set : Background in general logistics, based in Mexico or Brazil preferred, focus on US market but other markets like Brazil and Mexico interesting Strong preference if they completed their university education in the USA . Willing to travel Nationality: Preference towards Mexican or Brazilian, dual national with US a plus. Access US easily (visa etc multi-entry or dual national) We would want them based in MEXICO OR BRAZIL (strong preference) 5+ years in sales…no more than 10 years (15 max) The ideal start date for this position would be 30 days from the offer and will run for 12+ months.
