Profile/Skills Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales within the energy sector, with a focus on LV power distribution products. Must have technical understanding of the LV products and solutions required for an electric power distribution system. Effective communication includes active listening, empathy, clarity and presentation skills, being able to explain concepts and solutions in a simple and understandable way. Handling office suites. English - Advanced Main Responsibilities: Effectively developing the sales process from the office through remote communication (via cell phone, email, video conferencing, etc.), relying on sales policies, price lists, inventory reports, and product portfolios. In addition, provide support to field salespeople, commercial representatives (REPs) and assigned accounts. Effectively develop the sales process from the office through remote communication, ensuring compliance with the established sales target. Extensive knowledge of the product portfolio, sales policy, price lists, customer lists, and inventory reports to provide support and response to REPs, field sales people and assigned accounts, including quotations if required. Provide support to REPs and field salespeople for order entry, follow-up and consultation with internal support departments, inventory inquiries, legal consultations, collections, etc. Maintain and strengthen relationships with REPs,clients, assigned accounts, and leads.
