About Our Client: A globally recognized leader in AI-powered risk intelligence, driving innovative growth in strategic markets across LATAM with a focus on FinTech and digital transformation. Position: Country Sales Manager - Indonesia Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall country sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership in Mexico. Lead, and develop the local sales team to drive revenue targets and operational excellence. Establish and expand long-term relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and industry stakeholders across banking, insurance, and FinTech sectors. Oversee end-to-end sales cycles for AI-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. Collaborate with regional and global teams in product, marketing, and delivery to localize solutions and accelerate customer success. Take full ownership of the country P&L, sales targets, and market expansion initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience within technology sectors such as AI, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software , including significant leadership and team management responsibilities. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, preferably from the ground up. Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex enterprise sales environments. Strong knowledge of the Indonesian business landscape, with established connections in financial services or related industries. Results-driven mindset with strategic agility and experience operating in dynamic growth-stage environments. Trilingual(Chinese+Spanish+English) preferred.
