Learn more about us at What We Look For: As Junior Sales Manager , you will play a key leadership role in driving consultative sales processes and guiding a team towards achieving exceptional results. Working closely with the Senior Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales pipeline, develop tailored strategies, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution. This role requires expertise in consultative selling, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to help clients enhance their profitability and sales effectiveness. You will engage directly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Directors to identify growth opportunities, align strategies, and foster long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities: • Lead prospecting efforts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and emails to identify and qualify leads. • Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients, identify their needs, and craft tailored business proposals. • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to develop strategic plans and execute personalized sales approaches. • Present and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Track and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and effective follow-up. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues proactively. • Provide insights on market trends and client feedback to support decision-making for sales and marketing strategies. • Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional opportunities within the existing client base. • Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Generate detailed reports on financial and non-financial sales metrics for internal review. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally in consulting firms, marketing agencies, or strategy firms. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. • Proficient in using sales CRM software, particularly HubSpot. • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. • Proficiency in English and Spanish. • Willingness to travel as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Achieve an annual sales quota aligned with company goals. • Acquire at least two new clients per month within the first six months. • Upsell or cross-sell additional services to at least three existing clients quarterly. • Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of 90% or higher. • Consistently convert 10% of leads into new customers each month.
