Rare Disease Patient Program Liaison As a key member of our team, we are seeking an individual to collaborate with us and provide a patient-centric perspective on medical strategy, support program implementation, and company priorities. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a high-value patient support program for rare disease patients aligned with medical strategy and business objectives Collaborate with Medical Operations and Patient Safety teams to ensure effective training of families and healthcare professionals on risk management plans Create educational materials to promote adherence and timely reporting of safety events Conduct site visits with key customers and stakeholders to oversee program implementations and progress Maintain compliance with company values, processes, and policies while ensuring proper documentation Contribute to the analysis and dissemination of insights from program periodic reports to internal stakeholders Determine unmet needs of patients and their caregivers through UCB initiatives to improve quality of life Requirements: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Minimum 2+ years' experience working with patients Strong analytical skills and data management expertise Ideal background in program management Preferred: Medical Degree (M.D.) Work Environment: The location will be defined by the candidate.
