Ambassador of Employment Law

Job Title: Ambassador of Employment Law About the Role: This position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your legal expertise and provide strategic guidance to our People Team. As an experienced labor & employment lawyer, you will be responsible for navigating the complexities of employment law in Mexico and Latin America. Advise on all aspects of labor law, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence, workplace safety, discipline, termination, compensation, benefits, and union/labor relations. Partner closely with investigative functions to provide day-to-day employment law advice relating to internal investigations. Oversee employment-related litigation in Mexico and Latin America, including responding to attorney demand letters, negotiating resolution of claims, and making recommendations to senior management. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess: Minimum 8 years of experience in labor & employment law. Bachelor of Laws Degree or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish.
