As a Legal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to Mexican laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all legal and regulatory matters Draft and review various types of contracts, statements, and letters Provide expert legal advice to the management team, operational teams, and their leaders Engage with regulatory bodies such as CONDUSEF, CNBV, and others Paperwork and Contract Management Establish and maintain an efficient contract storage and management system Prepare all necessary legal documents for the corporation Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Review and map the company's compliance obligations Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and regulatory filings Team Collaboration and Support Provide basic legal training to colleagues as needed Collaborate with external counsel on specific matters Requirements: Law degree from a reputable law school in Mexico is mandatory Minimum 3 years of solid experience at an international law firm specializing in finance-related matters is required Strong knowledge of Mexican financial laws and regulations is essential
