Job Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Legal Specialist to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on various matters. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a well-known institution, with a minimum of 3 years of experience at an international law firm specializing in finance-related matters. Main Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all legal and regulatory affairs Draft and review contracts, statements, and letters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Provide legal advice to management teams and operational teams Communicate with regulatory bodies such as CONDUSEF and CNBV Paperwork and Compliance: Maintain a contract storage and management system Handle corporate-related matters and ensure compliance with laws and regulations Prepare all necessary legal documents for the corporation Legal Research and Teamwork: Conduct thorough legal research and provide expert advice on business activities and product models Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of laws and regulations Assist in addressing client complaints and regulator inquiries Requirements: LAW degree from a reputable law school Minimum 3 years of experience in an international law firm focusing on finance-related matters Strong knowledge of Mexican financial laws and regulations Proficiency in both Spanish and English
