Global Infrastructure Operations Support Specialist We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support our global infrastructure operations during critical off-hours. This role requires a strong understanding of virtualized environments, Linux, Windows, AIX, and ESXi, as well as experience handling weekend and after-hours support in enterprise environments. Monitor infrastructure performance and uptime across virtualized environments. Execute system restarts, service restarts, directory creation, and file management. Troubleshoot database access, authentication, and user issues. Perform hardware, OS, and storage maintenance during change windows. Work in high-availability setups: clusters, replication, and DR implementations. Support multi-site environments following change control best practices. Respond to incidents and participate in a global on-call rotation for mission-critical systems. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years working with VMware (vSphere, ESXi), Linux, and Microsoft OS. Experience handling weekend and after-hours support in enterprise environments. Skills in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible). Working knowledge of Active Directory, authentication flows, and service monitoring.
