Job Title: Front Desk Manager Assistant The role of the Front Desk Manager Assistant is pivotal in ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities: To provide administrative support to the front desk team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest service delivery. To handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established financial procedures. To maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner. To assist in training new staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Requirements: A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion when necessary. Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment, conflict resolution, and quality standards. Ability to navigate diverse software packages, including Microsoft Office, and operate various office equipment. Working knowledge of US cash handling procedures and foreign exchange.
