Art and Print Specialist

Job Title: Art and Print Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Art and Print Specialist to join our team based in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for creating high-quality visual content. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of design assets, including key art, print adaptations, and digital signage. You will also be tasked with planning and coordinating internal and external print production communication and workflow, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Manage the production of design assets, including key art, print adaptations, and digital signage. Plan and coordinate internal and external print production communication and workflow. Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage scope, budget, and overall project-specific print production resources. Liaise between internal and external partners to provide guidance on art and print campaign collateral. Identify opportunities to streamline the print production process. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in print production at an entertainment studio, agency, or similar environment. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong working knowledge of RGB to CMYK print process and transition between digital to print color. Understanding of digital comp files and high-res print finishes. Fluent in print formats and technical requirements to produce work in OOH, DOOH, Display, P.O.P., and Magazine. Spanish and English fluency required, Portuguese is a plus. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the print production process, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
