Job Title: Customer Service Representative ">The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing order management, logistics coordination, and customer service support for our sales team in Mexico and Latin America. This role will also involve performing inside sales activities for smaller accounts in coordination with the sales team. This position will be based in our CDMX office and will report to the Inside Sales LATAM Manager, who is based in Brazil, and will have a dotted line to the Mexico VP. Support the sales team in preparing importation requests in the ERP, working with OMIE CRM and ERP. Perform order management with our HALO factories in Tustin CA, Belgium, Holland, and the UK, as well as vendors in Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea). Place orders and monitor the process until equipment reaches our customers or our factory in Campinas. Work closely with Logistics and Sales to fine-tune our Order-to-Cash process. Provide weekly backlog reports to the sales teams, to be shared with customers. Coordinate the flow of material from Halo to customers. Coordinate work with TPC Wire for DDP fulfillment, making flawless deliveries to customers. Required Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge and fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written languages. Portuguese is a plus. Understanding of technical and procurement processes of target markets. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Motivated and enthusiastic individual. Target-driven and able to maintain a professional disposition. Education and Experience: College degree education. Desired 7 years of experience in related functions, such as sales support, order management, customer service, or relevant functions in the Order-to-Cash cycle. Good understanding of CRM tools.
