About This Role This is a pivotal position within our organization, where you will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of incentive payments. The Incentives Specialist must ensure that all agreements established in commercial offers are upheld, and payment processes are aligned with approved amounts. They will also oversee the entire payment process from start to finish. At the end of each payment cycle, the specialist must reflect on payment outcomes based on each program, analyzing results and strategy effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Operational management of incentives systems. Report generation. Monthly incentive payment administration. Presentation of payment information. Audit attendance (internal and external) and additional requirements from headquarters. Required Skills and Qualifications Intermediate-level understanding of accounting principles applied to role activities. Commercial strategies comprehension. Application of commercial strategies. Process tracking and execution. Results analysis. Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills with dealers. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. Policy development. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Administrative Sciences. Recent graduates welcome to apply. Proficiency in English.
