Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting organizational leaders and business partners. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain effective communication with external collaborators and employees at all levels, upholding a professional tone and confidentiality. Act as the primary point of contact to minimize disruptions for direct and indirect business partners. Manage email responses, collect and analyze metrics, and communicate key findings as needed. Assist in preparing, planning, and executing internal and external audit processes. Time and Activity Management: Update daily calendars for organizational leaders and schedule internal and external meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, organize logistics, and provide backup support for administrative colleagues when necessary. Identify stakeholders, build relationships, and coordinate event organization. Office Administration: Organize committees and leadership teams, facilitate employee transfers, and manage visitor processes. Perform general administrative tasks, ensure order management, and develop records. Prepare invoices and maintain budget tracking to meet requirements. Requirements: English proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent. Additional Skills/Preferences: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and expense reporting tools. Ability to work independently, achieve consistent results, and demonstrate maturity and personal discretion. Strong verbal communication skills, time management, and problem-solving ability.
