We are currently looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and support general office administration. This role is essential to maintaining a professional environment, coordinating logistics, and supporting the overall workplace experience. Main Responsibilities: Remain at the assigned front desk workstation throughout the workday. Monitor and control office entries to ensure safety and proper access. Basic administrative tasks. Meeting Room Management: Maintain an up-to-date calendar for all meeting room bookings. Ensure meeting rooms are clean, stocked with water, and fully prepared (chairs, projector, etc.) before each use. Avoid scheduling conflicts or double bookings. Communicate reservation details to users in advance. Cleaning Staff Coordination: Supervise the execution of daily and weekly cleaning tasks. Ensure that hygiene supplies (paper, soap, trash bags, etc.) are fully stocked. Report any absenteeism or performance issues to the Administrative Manager. Act as the liaison between the cleaning staff and the office team. General Office Operations: Check that all shared spaces (reception, kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms) are clean and functional. Identify and follow up on maintenance needs (lighting, A/C, furniture, etc.). Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and consumables (stationery, coffee, water, etc.). Coordinate with external service providers (cafeteria, maintenance, etc.) as needed. Customer / Visitor Service: Greet visitors warmly and direct them according to the nature of their visit. Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression of the company. Requirements: Proven experience in a receptionist or office coordination role. Must be highly proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Basic proficiency with office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets). Advanced English.
