Automotive Electrical Project Manager

Vehicle Project Lead Job Description: As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical feature validation and verification process for specific vehicle programs. Your primary goal is to ensure successful vehicle launch by working closely with suppliers, engineering teams, and program management. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing test plans and strategies Leading build coordination and determining vehicle count needs for validation Managing team budgets and tasks, as well as resources Coordinating testing and engaging team members in the project Escalating roadblocks and deliverables that are not on track to be met (or are late) Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Engineering At least 5 years of experience in various automotive roles Strong understanding of electrical systems design, development, and test engineering Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, coordinate testing, and engage team members Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal assistance This role requires a high degree of proficiency and efficiency, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading complex projects from start to finish.
