About This Role As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer experience excellence throughout our organization and dealership network. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience : Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints. Evaluate Customer Satisfaction Metrics : Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement, informing data-driven decisions that drive business growth. Mystery Shopper Program : Oversee the Mystery Shopper program, ensuring its effective execution and providing actionable insights to improve customer experiences. Operational Excellence : Collaborate with dealerships to analyze and optimize operational performance, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Dealer Development : Foster strong relationships with dealerships, working closely with them to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree : Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven Experience : Bring a proven track record of success in customer experience management, dealer network development, or a related area. Financial Analysis and Reporting Skills : Demonstrate strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Project Management : Possess proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
