Compensation Specialist The role of a Compensation Specialist is to oversee and manage the company's compensation operations with utmost accuracy, efficiency, and fairness. This involves strict adherence to labor laws, fiscal regulations, and corporate compliance standards in Mexico. This position is responsible for managing payroll pre-processing, taking into account various factors such as incidences, vacation bonuses, worked rest days, disabilities, and absences. Additionally, the Compensation Specialist will create layouts for payroll disbursement, calculate pantry and fuel vouchers, and request monthly employee KPIs for variable bonuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registering and deregistering employees with IMSS, submitting requests for INFONAVIT and FONACOT, and managing monthly payments for ISN and SUA. They will also handle payments for profit sharing, year-end bonuses, savings funds, and annual bonuses. Other responsibilities include managing audit payroll processes, generating reports for finance, legal, and labor authorities, and ensuring knowledge of Mexican legal and tax regulations. The successful candidate should possess experience and education in business administration, finance, or accounting, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
