Job Description The role of Governance Advisor involves providing expert guidance and support on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices. This includes managing the portfolio of subsidiaries and enabling effective operation of their Boards and Committees. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the organisation and management of Board meetings, manage corporate governance arrangements for subsidiary boards, and interpret and execute legislation and regulations. You will also provide advice and guidance on the execution of corporate transactions, manage relationships with stakeholders, and support the Company Secretary with governance and appointment of Board Directors. This is a challenging role that requires strong knowledge of Corporate Law, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to addressing day-to-day situations.
