Laundry Operations Manager

Job Summary The Assistant Laundry Manager is a crucial role in the smooth operation of the laundry facilities. This position requires a high degree of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the laundry facility. Assess methods and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness. Liaise with the Laundry Master and Executive Housekeeper to maintain equipment and ensure timely repairs. Coordinate with all divisions to ensure proper sorting of linen before it reaches the laundry. Inspect dryers daily to ensure they are free of lint and operating within the correct temperature range. Hiring Requirements A minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Laundry Master in a 4 or 5-star hotel, cruise, or upscale industry is required.
