We're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist in Hubspot to join our global team at Prosci Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about executing digital marketing tasks using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce? We're looking for someone who thrives in day-to-day marketing execution and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Please note: This is a fully operational role. We are not looking for managers or strategic leadership profiles. The position is focused on tactical execution and daily marketing tasks. What we're looking for: Currently living in Mexico City (CDMX). 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a similar support role (non-managerial). Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing & CMS Hub) and Salesforce. Familiarity with UX principles, basic SEO, and digital content publishing. Advanced English & Portuguese is required. Key responsibilities include: Executing and maintaining marketing campaigns and workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce. Managing logistics for global webinars, including registration setup, email invitations, technical support, and post-event communications. Creating and scheduling assets like emails, forms, and CTAs with a focus on quality and consistency. Supporting localization and content updates for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets. Uploading and updating website content such as blogs and case studies using CMS tools.
